- Warranty claims must be made to Attachments
Sales, Inc. in advance of any repairs.
- Warranty claims must be approved in writing
by Attachments Sales, Inc. or by an authorized Attachment Sales
representative inspecting the attachment. Warranty claims submitted
to Attachments must be documented by photographs showing the reason
for the claim.
- Attachments Sales warranties all attachments
for twelve (12) months against defective materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers attachments that are the property of the
original purchaser. A dated delivery record will be necessary
in lieu of actual date of delivery to the dealer.
- This warranty does not apply to any attachments
that have been abused, improperly applied, improperly installed
or modified without authorization from Attachment Sales, Inc.
- Attachment Sales, Inc. will not be responsible
for the down time by the customer, mileage cost or loss of productivity
incurred by the dealer or contractor.
- The customer is responsible for all freight
charges on warranty claims.
- No agent, salesperson, dealer or any other party
has the authority, either orally or in writing, to modify, add
or delete from the terms of this warranty.
- No returns on custom items, i.e. items built
for a specific machine or electrical or hydraulic parts.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned items.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Form, or have a Return Authorization Number.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change
without notice.
